For any of us to come to your home to clean or provide gardening services, we request the following conditions:

• No dogs (dogs are OK that are not able to get near us, otherwise please take your dog with you when we clean or garden).
  • This includes keeping dogs away from our thoroughfare to our vehicles.
  • Our apologies to be pedantic about this but issues too frequently occur and interfere in what we need to do at your property.
• No people in the areas we are cleaning.

For Airbnbs / Holiday Homes:

• Note that we do not provide guest welcoming services or emergency support for your guests on a regular basis. However, we can arrange with you how this is best managed in the area if you are not going to be close by.

All Properties:

• Full dry of floors, bath, shower etc., only if requested (additional time). All surfaces will be wipe-dry.
• Properties need to be in the order we discussed when preparing your quote, to match the services outlined. If properties require more cleaning when we arrive we will call (or send photographs) to discuss with you before commencing work.
• Payment for the agreed work must be made prior to us commencing work, unless you are going to be at the property. If you are at the property you can pay us when we finish our work. Post-payment option only available by arrangement.
