How it Works
All our cleaning packages are fully customisable to suit the needs of each property and its owners. Some clients simply need light cleaning between their own cleaning visits, while others need us to manage cleaning more regularly. We can also provide window washing, mowing and other gardening services, any configuration is possible.
We usually start with an on-site visit or photographs to discuss your requirements. From there, we often recommend a clean suitable to bring the property in line with your expectations for ongoing bookings.
Alongside our professional cleaning that helps you earn those all-important 5-star reviews, we also offer thoughtful extras to make each guest’s stay memorable. From handmade chocolates and champagne to fresh flowers and local gourmet hampers, we provide quality extras that make a lasting impression on guests.

The Changeover
Ideal for owner-managed properties, where we cover the essential changeover cleans in between your visits, or for quicker cleans between regular cleaning work. Not suitable for deeper cleans or properties that are not maintained regularly.

The Changeover includes:
- A quick tidy-up of anything guests have left out, check inside cupboards/pantry, any restocking.
- All rooms: cobweb dust, empty bins/replace liners, vacuum/floor mop, wipe of door handles/light switches & main surfaces (tables & similar), recent wall marks (if easily removable).
- Kitchen: wipe/clean – primary reachable surfaces (benchtop, rangehood, fridge front etc.), splash back, stove top, basins/tapware & drainage, and benchtop appliances, recent internal fridge marks (if easily removable).
- Bathroom: clean – shower/bath, basins/tapware & drainage, mirrors, towel racks, vanity (external), and toilet.
- Laundry: wipe/clean – basins/tapware & drainage, benchtops and front of washing machine/dryer, and remove any recent marks from tiles.

Regular Cleans
A thorough clean suited to properties cleaned regularly every couple of weeks.

Our Regular Clean includes all of our Changeover Clean above, plus:
- All rooms: dust – skirting boards, air vents & air conditioners, fans, power points, blinds & curtains, ornaments, furniture such as wardrobes/bookshelves & cupboards/drawers (external). Clean/wipe – mirrors & (mirror) doors, sills. Vacuum – soft furnishings.
- Kitchen: wipe/clean – secondary reachable surfaces (cupboard doors, island bench sides etc.), dust rangehood filter, clean microwave and oven grill, racks & trays.
- Laundry: wipe/clean – splash back & cupboards (external).

- All rooms: dust/wipe – light fittings & ornaments. Clean/wipe – exhaust fans, power points, skirting boards, split system units & filters, internal cupboards/shelves & drawers.
- Kitchen: dust/wipe/clean – internal cupboards/shelves & drawers, kickboards, internal fridge.
- Bathroom: clean – wall tile grout and detailed tile clean, internal vanity surfaces.
- Laundry: dust/wipe/clean – internal cupboards/shelves & drawers, skirting tiles.
