FAQ

For any of us to come to your home to clean or provide gardening services, we request the following conditions:

  • No dogs (dogs are OK that are not able to get near us, otherwise please take your dog with you when we clean).
    • This includes keeping dogs away from our thoroughfare to our vehicles.
    • Our apologies to be pedantic about this but issues too frequently occur and interfere in what we need to do at your property.
  • No people in the areas we are cleaning.

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for adults, children, and pets.

Our cleaning solutions are high-performance and effective for every task. When needed, we can also use stronger products (such as bleach) at your request.

We don’t just provide BnB cleaning, we can provide full management services and add-on packages for your guests (such as hampers and flowers).

If you need linen done, we can arrange that for you, and if you need a specific part of the property attended to in more detail, we can easily address that.

All our BnB packages can be customised fully to suit the individual needs of your property and guests, and tailored to your needs, depending on how much of the property you prefer to manage yourself.

We offer End of Lease (EOL) cleaning and home cleaning management for people who do not live in the area. We only offer regular home cleaning for full-time lived in homes, by arrangement.

We have limited time blocks for regular home cleans and prioritise our existing clients.

Travel times within half an hour of Venus Bay are inclusive. For cleans outside this zone additional travelling costs of $20 per 30 minutes are charged.

All prices are quoted upfront.

If we encounter anything outside of the agreement that requires additional cleaning time, we will photograph and send to you first before doing so.

We offer window washing, mowing and other garden services by arrangement only.

Prices include not just your clean, but our prep, travel & post cleaning of our equipment – an additional hour to two hours. Our hours also need to cover all our overheads, including cost of equipment & products, maintenance, insurance & registrations, travel, phones, and admin.

The costs on our side never just includes the cleaning hours we do, and these additional considerations need to be factored in for cleaners to get paid fairly. If you add these considerations into your price you will calculate our hourly wage is low.
